Thank you for supporting World Book Day last week. The children enjoyed our theme of Alice in Wonderland and looked fantastic in their costumes.
Congratulations to Ellen, Caroline, Eve and Lauren who reached the Girls’ Under 11’s Regional Table Tennis Semi Finals.
Work is still continuing on the cricket nets and there has been an amendment to the original works which will necessitate keeping the back gate closed. Thank you for your patience in this matter.
Senior Citizens’ Afternoon Tea, Wednesday 31st March,1.45pm
On Wednesday 31st March at 1.45pm we would like to invite senior citizens for afternoon tea and a musical performance. If you would like to nominate any senior citizens to join us for this occasion please complete the slip overleaf and send it in to the school office.
Tesco and Sainsbury’s Voucher Schemes
We are once again taking part in the Tesco and Sainsbury’s Voucher Schemes. Any vouchers collected will be exchanged for equipment for the school.
Health and Safety – Parking Notice
Could I remind parents of the need for safe and considerate parking outside school. The school has been contacted by neighbours who have had access to their driveway blocked by parked cars.
Parent/Teacher Consultations
The remaining parent/teacher consultation date for the second half of the spring term will be 23rd March. If you wish to meet with one of your child’s teachers, please send a note in and the teacher will make an appointment for you. If the parent/teacher consultation dates are not convenient for you then teachers are available to meet at other mutually convenient times.
